County Director’s Report
Mike Giese updated the club with information from his latest Directors meeting at the AWSC Fall workshop. The WI Tourism Dept presented and stated that Snowmobiling is $1 Billion industry in Wisconsin. The state took in an additional $2.2 million from the new trail pass system last year. The future goals of the AWSC are to raise groomer rates by 20%, raise labor rates from $6.50 to $8 an hour and get the entire trail system GPS mapped. The Legislative committee is also looking to raise the funded trail maximums from $250 to $300/mile. These objectives are not set in stone and will take some time to achieve.
Trail/Grooming Committee
All Landowner permissions have been granted. A lot of disking has been completed. The groomer committee got together on Saturday Oct 22nd and worked on the groomer. One of the front wheels was replaced and an attempt was made to tighten the track, but it is not yet loose enough to remove the slack. A special thanks goes out to Mike Giese, Mike Bresnynan, Mark Covill and Jason Ollanketo. Watch for club updates for working on the trails. Our traditional marking day is always the first Saturday in December, but we might need to delay if the ground is to wet.

Old Business
501c3: Stacy Frakes has submitted all the paperwork to Epiphany Law offices. We are hoping to achieve official 501c3 status before the end of February.
Paul Kuehnl was able to sell the old tractor tires for $150. This brings the total cost of the new tires down to $450. They have been very useful for disking given the wet conditions we have faced this fall.
Club Raffle:
Stacy Frakes was able to get Raffle tickets printed. Several tickets were handed out at the meeting. Please see Stacy if you are able to help sell these tickets. They will also be available for sale at Mikeee’s, Vinland Still n Grill and the BeeHive.
New Business
Website:
The Wolff’s Pack club website went down just prior to our November meeting. Our current website host is exiting the business and is unable to get our website back online. Jason Ollanketo will be working with HostGator.com to get the hosting services transferred over to the Winnebago County Alliance and will work to get the website back up and running.
A $40 tab was opened to serve pizza at the meeting.
